Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 working days Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.
Shipping Timeframes We offer the following delivery options within the UK charged upon weight:
- Standard: £2.99 (free over £25) — up to 999g
- Express: £4.99 — up to 999g
- Standard 1KG–2KG: £4.99 (free over £25)
- Express 1KG–2KG: £5.99
- Standard 2KG–5KG: £6.99 (free over £25)

Delivery Areas We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may take longer and could incur additional charges. We currently do not ship internationally
Our Carriers We ship with Evri and other trusted carriers. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website. If you have any special delivery instructions please use the tracking number provided to amend on the couriers website.
