About Us
Buster's Pet Supplies started with a simple decision: to build something of our own, for pet owners who wanted better than what they were finding on the shelf.
Before this, our background was in warehouse distribution and hospitality — years spent making sure things arrived where they were supposed to, and making sure people were looked after properly when they got there. At some point, that experience turned into a question: why not put it to use building something of our own? Pets made sense as the focus, because they're part of nearly every household, and yet so much of what's sold for them is either overpriced, poorly made, or an afterthought from a giant retailer that doesn't really care.
So that's what we set out to do differently: source products we'd be genuinely happy to use ourselves, keep prices fair, and pack and ship every order the way we'd want to receive it — because that's exactly what years in distribution taught us matters most.
Right now we're focused on dogs, with more of the range — for cats, and other companions — on the way as we grow. We're still a small operation: no warehouses full of unnecessary stock, no call centre. Just a UK-based business trying to get good, reliable gear to your pet without the markup or the hassle. Every order is picked, packed, and shipped by us, and every question gets answered by someone who actually knows the products.
